Bord Gáis Energy customers can now manage their Gas and Electricity accounts directly from their iPhone. The application not only allows you to see your account information it allows you to conveniently submit your gas meter readings at any time. Submitting your own gas meter readings regularly greatly increases the accuracy of your bills.
What Does the App Do?
The app allows Bord Gáis Energy customers to:
- Submit or amend a Meter Readings for Gas only
- View Instructions on how to read your Gas and Electricity meters.
- View their current balance (gas & electricity)
- View last bill date (gas & electricity)
- View last payment amount (gas & electricity)
- View last payment date (gas & electricity)
- View important contact details
- View gas safety information and emergency contact numbers for gas and electricity
- Submit query form or request a call back
- View useful Help & Questions information

- Communicates with BGE’s servers via JSON webservices
- Fully localized into English and Irish
